After moving to Florida from Georgia—where he grew up casting lines into freshwater lakes and rivers—Riley set his sights on the saltwater giants of the Gulf. What began as a personal pursuit quickly turned into something more, as friends, family, and even strangers wanted to join him on the sand for a shot at the catch of a lifetime. Based out of Grayton Beach, Florida, 30A Shark Fishing now offers beachside shark fishing charters all along the stunning Emerald Coast. Each trip includes everything you need—from professional rods and reels to Riley’s expert guidance. Originally from Georgia, Riley traded freshwater rivers for salty shores when he moved to Florida to chase his dream of living the salt life. With years of experience fishing both fresh and saltwater, Riley brings knowledge, patience, and a contagious enthusiasm to every charter. When he’s not helping guests reel in the catch of a lifetime, you might spot him bartending at some of your favorite beach clubs along 30A. At home, Riley kicks back with his three dogs—Buckwheat the Chihuahua, and his two dachshunds, Honeydew and Willy. He’s all about good vibes, live music, dog park hangs, kayaking, fishing, traveling, and diving into local history. Riley’s laid-back personality, love for adventure, and deep knowledge of the Gulf make him the perfect guide for your next unforgettable night on the beach.
